What you'll be doing
As Assistant Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee, coordinate and execute all warehouse activities. Plan the daily duties for the order pickers and liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor and COO for planning and prioritization. Communication and coordination with the sales teams regarding large and critical B2B orders.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily workload between order pickers and yourself.
- Processing of large outbound slot orders.
- Process Inbound Purchase Orders and make sure stock is stored efficiently.
The use of a forklift will be required.
- Process returns.
- Ensure accurate stock levels by regular counting and investigate differences.
- Monitor and order consumables stock.
- Opening and closing the warehouse.
- During peak season flexible hours and overtime will be required.

We would like to you to have the following requirements:
- MBO degree – preferably related to logistics;
- 3 years experience in warehouse activities
- Self-driven, pro-active, highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Adaptable, energetic and a common sense thinker;
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves: We are a small team, so we are looking for
someone enthusiastic, and a team player;
