As Email & CRM Specialist you are responsible for our email marketing activity, including newsletters and email automation, content ideation, testing, scheduling and reporting on emails and our organic social channels. You will play a key role in setting up the Rosefield CRM and support our organic social strategy, primarily focused on Europe and North America. Next to this, you will coordinate with various departments in support of each campaign, understand product inventory and consumer calendars, as well as maintaining your portion of the marketing calendar.
Defining and developing data driven CRM strategies and tactics in order to increase engagement, retention and customer lifetime value;
Development, execution (building) and evaluation of effective and efficient email and push campaigns;
Updating and optimizing CRM channels;
Creating test planning and analyzing consumer data to enhance customer understanding and derive insightful and actionable findings;
Managing relations with key stakeholders to develop and execute campaign goals;
Keep abreast of the industry’s best practices as they relate to International audiences and recommend internal strategies.
A bachelor/academic or master’s degree in business/Marketing or related field;
2+ years experience in a similar E-commerce role;
Excellent understanding of email and push marketing concepts, metrics and customer journey creation;
Demonstrable analytical skills and experience in making data driven decisions;
(Basic) HTML knowledge;
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative;
Knowledge of function and scope of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest);
Fluent in English (knowledge of German is considered a plus).
