In this position you will….
help us create and maintain a positive and ongoing B2C customer experience for the upcoming holiday season. You enjoy any kind of interaction with our customers from all over the world, with an enthusiastic, spontaneous, proactive, and precise attitude.
Responsibilities
Answer customer requests by email, chat, phone, and social media ensuring a smooth and timely process flow
Make sure all interactions are handled within the established SLAs
Assist with returns and warranties
Assist additional departments with improving retention and sales conversion
Working on Customer Service special projects
Job requirements
Who we'd like to meet
Someone with excellent professional language skills in English (being able to speak Dutch or German is a huge plus!)
Previous experience related to customer experience
A service-minded attitude and a great problem-solving approach
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
