In this position you will….

be part of the finance team where you will play a key part in month-end and year-end closings,
reconciliations, reporting and financial deepdives/analysis. You will report to the senior financial
accountant.

Responsibilities

• All end-to-end GL accounting activities on month-end, quarter-end and year-end in a timely
  and accurate way;
• Follow-up on and resolve open/reconciling matters;
• VAT tax reporting (national / international) and compliance;
• Providing support to other accounting team members;
• Assist in further development and improvement of all accounting processes;
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports;
• Manage ad hoc accounting and/or operational projects.

Who we'd like to meet

•  A structured person, you take ownership and you are a team player

• You have a relevant accounting degree

• You have a strong knowledge of excel and ERP systems (preferably Oracle Netsuite)

• An experience level of 3 years of experience in a similar role as financial accountant

• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and preferably also Dutch
