Rosefield Watches is a young Amsterdam based company. Founded in 2014 from the desire to create a ‘new generation’ watch brand - one that gives every woman the opportunity to wear a luxury timepiece at an affordable price. Our products are designed to withstand the test of time. We offer a broad range of watches and jewelry in an extensive array of shapes, sizes and color combinations. Our collections incorporate elements of vintage beauty from classic pieces mixed with the creativity of the future. The minimalist design offers a timeless elegance for the modern woman.
Every single one of our pieces is designed in the Netherlands and our personalized jewelry is engraved and assembled here as well.

In this position you will….
lead our global B2B sales efforts and drive business growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and providing leadership to the sales team. This role requires a strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Who we'd like to meet
Proven experience in a similar role (Min 5 years), leading B2B sales efforts and driving business growth.
A genuine passion for watches, jewelry, or fashion accessories, with a keen interest in the latest industry developments and trends. This enthusiasm will be instrumental in representing our brand and driving its success.
Experience in the watches and jewelry industry is preferred. This experience should include a solid understanding of the market, consumer behavior, and competition within the industry.
Strong business relationship management skills, with a track record of managing key accounts and distributors.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific regions/countries, which align with the company strategy.
Proficiency in contract negotiation to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
Excellent leadership and management abilities to motivate and guide a sales team.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and provide internal support and commercial guidance.
Willingness to travel for market and customer visits, as required (expectation 10%-20% of working time).
Familiarity with visual merchandising (VM) and brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
