In this position you will….

be the operational anchor of the product development process for jewelry, watches, and related products, overseeing the journey from initial samples to final production and aftersales quality problems. Combining operational execution with strong organization and system management, you’ll ensure that every step—from concept through launch—runs smoothly and on schedule.

With a technical focus, you’ll manage sample tracking, quality control, and problem-solving, working closely with suppliers to maintain high standards and ensure on-time delivery. Supporting designers, you’ll oversee timelines, maintain accurate product information, and manage SKU creation and updates, ensuring seamless product launches and system updates. You will also manage the full product lifecycle, from new introductions to the efficient discontinuation of outdated items, keeping all relevant pricing and product details consistently up-to-date across systems.

In this role, your proactive approach to supplier coordination, system management, and lifecycle tracking will be essential for ensuring timely, quality-focused product development and launch.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the designers to track sample development and align on product specifications

• Communicate closely with suppliers to coordinate sample production, manage timelines, and uphold quality standards, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving technical production challenges.

• Oversee the end-to-end development process for jewelry, watches, packaging, displays, ensuring smooth progression from initial samples to mass production.

• Support the introduction of new products and the discontinuation of outdated items, maintaining product lifecycle data up-to-date across all systems.

• Regularly review product sales performance data to identify trends and adjust the product portfolio accordingly.

• Create, update, and maintain accurate SKUs and product details within systems, ensuring consistency across pricing and specifications.

• Ensure all stages of development and production are consistently tracked, managed, and documented to support efficient project progression.
  
  

Who we'd like to meet

• >2 years of experience in product management & supplier management in retail

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills and experience with product performance and pricing analysis.

• Knowledge and technical understanding of product construction, size specs and tech packs

• You have strong skills in excel

• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines

• Clear communicator in English, both written and verbal

• You’re organized and you have a hands-on mentality

• You have the ability to work independently but you are also a team-player
